Chef Amy has worked in the restaurant industry since the age of 14. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and have worked in kitchens all over the US for the past 12 years. Saucy was born from a love of travel, exotic foods, and making dinnertime easy for busy families with a commitment to collaboration over competition, mentoring women in culinary arts, and community involvement. Saucy uses fresh ingredients for faraway flavors that make simple meals extra flavorful.
Chef Amy recently placed 4th out of 35k contestants on Favorite Chef. She was able to raise over $1 million dollars to help feed America!
